Water-repellent padded jacket in recycled fabric

A long-length jacket by HUGO Womenswear, Cut to a regular fit, this jacket is designed with a two-way zip and a detachable hood with branded ribbons. For our RESPONSIBLE products, we always use at least 60% more sustainable raw materials. This garment is partly made from certified recycled polyester. Recycled polyester is an artificial fibre made from oil-based waste such as old PET bottles. It is a more sustainable option compared to conventional polyester, as we can reuse a material that has already been produced. Using recycled polyester also reduces plastic waste and stops it from ending up in landfills. We only use raw materials with a verified chain of custody to ensure the use of certified recycled polyester. This garment is partly made from certified recycled polyamide. By using recycled polyamide, we aim to save resources by making use of existing plastic material. Recycled nylon is usually made from pre-consumer spinning or fabric waste and may also come from post-consumer industrial fishing nets. We only use raw materials with a verified chain of custody to ensure the use of certified recycled polyamide.
